How Do I Order My Repeat Prescription?

• Using our online services – SystmOnline. You will need to be registered for our online services. Please complete our Register for Online Services form to use this option.
• Requesting a repeat prescription through your local pharmacy order and collect service.
• In person or by post

We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.

Help Us To Help You

The administration department deals with over 600 repeat requests each week. This figure increases dramatically before holiday periods. To avoid possible unnecessary delays in receiving your repeat medication please plan ahead before ordering.

Please allow 2 complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

Please only tick the medication which you require in order to avoid wastage.

If you require an additional supply due to holidays please let a member of our staff know.

Acute medication should only be used for a short period of time, should you require additional medication please complete an acute medication require form available at reception and ensure all aspects of the form are completed.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)

The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a NHS service that allows us to send your prescription(s) directly to your chosen pharmacy. This paper-free prescription service means that you do not have to come into the surgery to collect your prescription.

We encourage all patients to register for this free service.
